Nicely decorated small family run hotel for 4 nights in Bergen. Elegant-style building, well decorated rooms with tea/ coffee facilities, nice views, warm decor. Comfy and absolutely perfect location, close to a museum and a theater etc. What a lovely stay, nothing too much trouble...

The staff were very nice and amenable to our needs. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The rooms were quite nice. There is no elevator but the staff readily assisted with carrying luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. Overall, we were very pleased and comfortable.
The shower was very small and we were not advised of that ahead of time.

It was our honeymoon, and we were upgraded to a magnificent loft apartment with heaps of room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also quiet, the downside being a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city.

We knew nothing about the hotel before arriving and were pleasantly surprised when we got there. The staff could not have been more helpful, the rooms were delightful and the breakfast was all that one would have wished. In addition even though we were there for only a night we were allowed to leave our bags for the next day and having returned to the hotel after getting wet on a rainy walking tour of the city we were allowed lots of latitude to change, have tea/coffee etc etc. A lovely place.
